WS Jewelry works primarily to order. Almost every piece is made specifically for the customer, according to personalised sizing and design, and enters production as soon as the order is received. Such pieces are not held in stock and, in line with Section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered.

Where a piece is available from stock and has not been resized or altered in any way, it may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the law. Please contact us before returning anything, so we can confirm the piece is eligible and guide you through the process.

If a piece arrives defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting details. In such cases we will resolve the matter in full accordance with the law, at no cost to you.
