Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable law. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items altered or customized at the customer’s request, including size adjustments or engraving, are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

If a piece arrives defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting details. In such cases we will resolve the matter in full accordance with the law, at no cost to you.
