Warranty & Certificate

WS JEWELRY stands behind the quality of every design. Each piece is inspected by our goldsmiths and leaves our studio only once we are certain it is perfect. All of our jewelry is crafted from the finest materials.

Warranty

Every WS Jewelry piece is covered against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, impact or normal wear and tear, lost or chipped stones, scratched pearls or gemstones, loss or theft, or repairs and alterations made by anyone other than WS Jewelry or an authorized professional.

Broken necklaces and bracelets are covered for one year from the date of purchase, including repair of a torn chain, unless special soldering is required. After one year, repairs are charged according to the work needed.

Certificate

Every purchase comes with an appraisal certificate detailing the gold purity and weight, the diamond carat weight and quality, and other appraisal criteria.

Pieces set with a diamond above 0.50 ct also come with a gemological certificate detailing the diamond's carat weight, color, clarity and cut.
