The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, impact, normal wear and tear, loss of stones, or repairs or alterations by anyone other than WS Jewelry or an authorized professional. 

A certificate of appraisal is provided with every purchase.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable law. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items altered or customized at the customer’s request, including size adjustments or engraving, are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
